Halloween

Halloween was a lot of fun! i went to Santiago with my friends and we didnt get lost!!! then we met up with other exchange students at 5 and went and got ready for the party! i hope you remember the chucky picture. well he came and i thought that he had a mask that would be scary but wouldnt scare me that bad! well then he put it on. and i freaked out a lot!!! i screamed bloody murder!!! then he kept putting his mask on then tapped me so i would turn around and freak me out! it was not very funny! but then after doing that i few times he felt really bad. so when he would talk to me he would ask if he could first or if he need to take the mask off. but the mask was on top of his head most of the night so i was tough and said it was okay. but he didnt even know who chucky was. his host family just gave it to him. we just danced all night. there was a dance off and the top 2 were chucky and the duck! it was very hard to decide which one i liked better cause they are both crazy good dancers. but i went with the duck!!!! cause he wasnt scary! and yesterday my friends and i just walked around Santiago more and then came home. it was fun! and this weekend i get to see them all again cause there is another rotary meeting!! HURRAY!!!
take care
much love

Heh,it looks like you're having a great time. Do you go to school? If so, are your classes in Spanish? I loved the chances I had of hanging with the other exchange students. They will be friends that you will keep forever. Gregg and I were sick over Halloween so it wasn't much fun. There is a lot of flu over here. The weather is nice. It's rainy, but not too cold. Check out my blog next week. I am putting up my Christmas tree. That's right. Have fun. love, Jolyn
Check out Taryn's blog. She has a funny thing about Idaho that you might want to share with your host family. Bye

Well I got my tree in. I really love Christmas, the music, the food, the decorations, just everything about it. I saw your Mom in church today. She sat by me in Relief Society. Did you see that on Taryn's blog they have a baby fish. That's right. I'm grandma to a fish. Oh well. Have a great week. Jolyn
